Mini Grapplers
Kids Ages 4-5
Mini Grapplers introduces children ages 4-5 to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a fun and supportive setting alongside their parents. This 30-minute class is designed to help young students feel comfortable on the mat while developing basic movement, coordination, and foundational grappling skills.
We want to make sure all our students are set on the best path for their growth. That’s why we work hand-in-hand with parents to go over what they are hoping to achieve with their child through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training.
Our Mini Grapplers learn at a pace that best suits their needs and age group. All our lessons are simple and follow an understandable style. We introduce new concepts and exercises slowly, teaching one thing at a time.
No matter what we are working on, we always go back to the basics. While we may introduce something new, it’s important students keep their foundational skills solid. Every lesson is rooted in the core of our training curriculum.
