All of our training circles back to the basics. No matter which program students are in, they’ll learn from experienced martial artists who prioritize efficiency and simplicity. As students grow physically and mentally, their training stays rooted in the basics. You can learn more about each program below.

Mini Grapplers

(ages 4-5)

Mini Grapplers allow 4- to 5-year-olds to train alongside their parents. This 30-minute training session helps children get comfortable with training and begin to build foundational skills. To learn more, check out the program page.

Little Grapplers

(ages 6-8)

Our Little Grapplers are provided with a great early Jiu-Jitsu experience. In each 55-minute class, students go through a full session where they’ll follow the curriculum and begin to build an understanding of BJJ. Visit the program page for more information.

Junior Grapplers

(ages 9-12)

This is where we begin to challenge students more. Our 9- to 12-year-old students continue their progression with instruction tailored to their journey. Students can begin to fully discover their strengths on the mat. For more information, explore the program page.

Homeschool Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

(ages 5-12)

We are here to offer homeschooled students a great opportunity to learn a new skill. Homeschool Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu continues the same skills taught in our other kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes while adapting to their specific needs.

Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

(ages 13+)

Our Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is all about steady improvement. Whether someone is just starting or is a professional competitor, we work to help them establish and reach their goals through consistent, detailed coaching.

Muay Thai/Thai Boxing

(ages 12+)

This is a great program if you are looking to improve your martial arts skills beyond grappling. Muay Thai/Thai Boxing offers students the opportunity to work on striking skills for self-defense, competition, and fitness.
